However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent refund or exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. If approved, your refund will be processed within 4 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and only the product amount will be refunded.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. To begin the process, please contact our support team within 4 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you as soon as possible after verification. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene or safety reasons, such as opened packaging or products that have been used. Sale or clearance items may also be excluded from refund or exchange eligibility unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving the wrong or damaged product). We recommend using a reliable courier service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will review your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund promptly after verification. To assist with the process, you may be asked to share a photo of the received item.
